Jordi Savall | Koncert odwołany
We regret to inform you that KBF, the organiser of the ICE Classic: Jordi Savall, originally slated for 13 October 2020 at the ICE Krakow Congress Center, decided to cancel the event.
The dynamic development of the epidemic in recent days and the decision of the Ministry of Health to re-include Krakow in the zone with additional restrictions forced us to cancel the ICE Classic: Jordi Savall concert.
The rules concerning activities related to all collective forms of culture and additional efforts to ensure the safety of the concert goers, which are in force in the yellow restriction zone, make it impossible for us to organise this event. Given the above, as the organiser, we made the decision that the ICE Classic: Jordi Savall concert, originally slated for 13 October at the ICE Krakow Congress Center, is cancelled – this means that it will not take place either at the planned or later date with the participation of the audience. We ask all persons who have purchased tickets for the event to read the information about the rules of ticket and pass returns.
We would also like to ask you to make voluntary donations to organisations of your choice supporting culture and music. Due to the ongoing pandemic, artists and creators face a difficult situation, which is why any form of support for creative groups is extremely valuable. All donations to organisations of your choice are of course voluntary.
We would like to highlight the fact that the safety of the audience, people working on the organisation of the concert and the artists themselves is of paramount importance. Cancellation of the event was a difficult decision to make, but it was the only good choice in the current situation – we ask for your understanding and cooperation. We are sorry for all inconvenience caused.

In the case of tickets and passes purchased via Eventim.pl or via kbf.krakow.pl/bilety, you will receive an e-mail concerning ticket returns.
TICKETS AND PASSES PURCHASED AT EVENTIM TICKET OFFICES
Tickets and passes may only be returned at the point of purchase.
TICKETS AND PASSES PURCHASED AT INFOKRAKÓW INFORMATION POINTS
In the case of tickets or passes purchased via the official network of InfoKrakow city and tourist information points, you need to return your ticket at the point of purchase.
